Department Responsibilities

1、 Comprehensive Department

Job description: Mainly responsible for the company's human resources, enterprise management, quality management, party mass work group and other logistics services. Seriously implement the decisions, resolutions, and decisions of the Party committee and administration, do a good job in handling documents, meetings, and Party affairs, pay attention to communication and coordination between superiors and subordinates, promote clear responsibilities, clear processes, matching of personnel and positions, and efficient organization of the company.

2、 Finance Department 

Job Description: Mainly responsible for the company's accounting, financial system construction, budget management, fund control, tax planning, asset management, and financial integration. Using methods such as planning, control, accounting, analysis, and supervision, we ensure the company's financial operations are standardized, support strategies, create value, and prevent risks, providing strong support for the company's strategic decision-making and sustainable development.

3、 Production Safety Department 

Job description: Mainly responsible for the company's safety and environmental protection work, ensuring that the company's production and operation activities comply with national and local laws and regulations, preventing, monitoring, and responding to safety and environmental risk factors, and ensuring the safe, stable, and sustainable development of the company's operations.

4、 R&D Department 

Job description: Responsible for the company's product research and development, as well as quality inspection and analysis of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, and coordinating external policy applications for benefiting enterprises.

5、 Compound fertilizer device

Job description: Coordinate the entire production process and all elements of the compound fertilizer plant, responsible for plant production, asset and equipment management, personnel management, implementation of production plans, quality control, safety and environmental protection management, and timely and high-quality completion of product production goals.
