In order to further improve the production and operation level of the compound fertilizer plant, strengthen the process control and on-site management capabilities of key personnel, on May 28th, the compound fertilizer plant organized a special training on compound fertilizer process technology. 25 personnel from positions such as production technology, team leaders, and central control operations participated in the learning. 

Device manager Wang Xiaohua systematically explained five aspects of nutrient control, optimization of central control operation process, refined energy consumption management, planned parking strategy, and production balance scheduling around the core links in production. Wang Xiaohua deeply analyzed the key control points and common problems in each link based on actual operation cases of the device, helping trainees further clarify the process logic and enhance their practical response capabilities. During the training period, two workshop operation managers also conducted a retrospective analysis of typical problems that occurred in their respective workshops, and proposed targeted improvement measures and solutions, providing strong support for the stable operation of subsequent production. 

Finally, Wang Xiaohua emphasized in the summary that safety production is the primary criterion for the operation of the equipment and always takes precedence. He requires everyone to continuously explore the potential for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, optimize process parameters, reduce unplanned shutdowns, and promote the development of the equipment towards an effective, green, and safe direction while ensuring stable and reliable product quality. The training content closely follows the actual production situation, with strong pertinence and high practicality, further enhancing the team's professional competence and sense of responsibility, laying a solid foundation for improving the quality, efficiency and smooth operation of the compound fertilizer plant.
